Ingredients:

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup butter, softened

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. salt

Instructions:

1. Grease the bottom of an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish, leaving the sides clean.

2. Combine the brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir in the flour, baking powder, oats and salt.

3. Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips in top and microwave uncovered on high power for 4 minutes.
