Once that sheet comes out, it will be slightly cloudy, having a frosted look. There will be no air bubbles, and all of your gels will be held perfectly in place. Then have the operator run the sheet through a second time, without the carrier. See below.

There may be some waves in your laminated sheet, but it will be crystal clear and free of bubbles. Below is how the finished product looks.

You can iron out the waves at home, by placing your lamination between two thin pieces of cardboard and using a regular clothes iron. Be careful not to have the iron setting too hot, and have the steam setting to off position.
