EXCERPT FROM JOURNAL ENTERED INTO POLICE EVIDENCE

It was Ruery who put your woman in touch with me. That’s how it all started. Well I say woman but she’s not. She’s a monster. Looking so harmless in that beige bargain bin cardigan of hers, that perm she seems to have done herself at home those Deerdree from Corunation Street specs of hers didn’t they go out of style decades ago your woman seems like butter wouldn’t melt, I was fooled and all until it came to me until I realized who she was. It was her laugh that did it. And when she put her hand in her hair and moved it that way. The same way the same laugh. There she was I was three quarters thru with doing what she wanted me to do hovering around me nervously, I told her there was no need I had a good reputation, but maybe she didn’t trust me, I don’t know, all the while and I hadn’t a clue of the monstrus being I’d been asked to help. When we were discusing the details oh the thought of her even being in my house that day her arse touching my sofa the thought of it makes me want to spew now I had even made the creature a cup of tea for the love of God!! She was making a mug out of me, and I hadn’t a clue. That was it. The deceit. I wonder if she had been sitting there sipping my tea and thinking who knows what. I’m going to have to get a new sofa and a new tea cup and all. I tossed the tea cup in the bin but I hadn’t got the idea into my brain yet that she needed to be punished. Good thing I threw it out but. No fingerprints no DNA if the peelers happen to come calling.
