If you have needed to separate the dogs completely within the household, i.e. they can no longer remain in the same room as each other, then re-joining them may be a challenge.

The reintroduction must be carefully controlled and sometimes the introduction must be done over a number of days. Dogs should be able to see and smell each other, either by a baby gate or dog crate, but not get to each other initially. Once they seem comfortable around each other again, they may even look eager to interact with each other, you can calmly bring them together, perhaps during a nice long walk or trip to their favourite park.

In some extreme cases, separated dogs may not be able to be reunited again due to many reasons. A good trainer should be able to provide you with proper and effective management strategies that may be helpful in assisting your dogs to be reunited.

I recommend seeking the services of someone skilled in this area to help re-introduce your dogs if you are not confident enough to do so yourself.
