15. Eyeball Pasta

This recipe is another one for the eyeball list, only this time it’s with a tasty and gory pasta dish.

Ingredients:

4 tbs. of fresh pesto

350g of jar tomato sauce

400g of green tagliatelle

Handful basil

150g pack of mini mozzarella balls

100g of cherry tomato

Serving size:

6 servings

Directions:

Halve tomatoes and discard seeds

Slice mozzarella balls in half, and place one part in each tomato

Chop basil leaves and place in center of balls

Prepare pasta according to pack instructions

Cook tagliatelle and stir in pasta and left-over basil

Serve in 6 bowls, and top up with tomato sauce

Share stuffed tomato eyeballs among bowl
