Please let us know how the plans for the construction project are developing. As you know, we won't be taking possession until next year, but I'd like to see substantial progress before September 1. I would appreciate getting monthly reports from you until then.

The Board of Directors has ratified my decision to offer you the special concession. We will supply the equipment but you will be in charge of hiring personnel and running the operation locally. Your assurances that the local native council will not be an impediment were greatly appreciated.
