Glen Seekins rifles shoot as nicely as they look. He oversees a boutique shop of talented gun makers who build high-performance ARs for many applications. As the name suggests, the SPRO3G is a competition rifle for 3-gun. The foundation of the rifle is Seekins’ ambidextrous lower and proprietary upper, with a 15-inch hand guard and 18-inch stainless barrel. The adjustable gas block (the shooter can tune it for specific types of ammo), gas tube, and bolt carrier are all coated with Melonite to enhance the rifle’s durability. The adjustable buttstock gives a solid and comfortable cheek weld.
