Job quality in Europe

In this section we will map job quality in 2010 across groups of countries in Europe. The grouping follows Holman (2013, p. 492), who identified five regimes: Social democratic(Denmark, Finland and Sweden); Continental (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands); Liberal (Ireland and the United Kingdom); Southern European (Cyprus, Italy, Greece, Malta, Portugal and Spain); and Transitional (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia; we also add Croatia to this regime).
