3 c. beef broth
1 c. red wine (optional) & 3 garlic cloves (optional)
1 c. chop onions
2 tbsp. coconut oil
4 lb. beef chuck roast
Rub thyme, salt and black pepper. Add 1 bay leaf.
Instructions:
Place the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

This is my go-to recipe whenever I want a Chinese recipe and tired of going out. Itâs very simple and delicious. Serve over rice.
