Chapter 19
Monica had waited for Alex to leave and made her way over to the guysâ room, where Nick was waiting for her. Nick answered the door with drinks in both hands. He held one out to her. Monica knew better. There was no chance that sheâd be drinking anything prepared by Nick, yet she took the drink, smiled wide, then accidentally dropped it. Aside from the fact that it was probably spiked, Monica didnât want to stick around his room. She figured that Alexâwhoâd gone to meet with Jack and Dan, who were both deadâwould be calling or coming back. Monica apologized for being a klutz and told Nick that sheâd gotten them a room down the hall. She said she had plenty of booze. He followed her there like a lovesick puppy.
In her room, Monica went through the motions, drinking and kissing and touching. Nick asked why she had a rolling laundry bin in her room. She dismissed his comment, and he didnât bother to move the towels that were covering Danâs plastic-wrapped dead body.
Monica pulled a set of handcuffs from the nightstand beside the bed. She linked Nickâs hands behind his back. He protested only momentarily before giving in when Monica explained how hot it would make her to dominate him. She had Nick sit in the chair, the same one that sheâd killed his friend in. Monica placed a strap around his chest, securing him to the chairâs back. She snugged it tight. She walked in front of Nick and caught an uneasy look on his face. He was uncomfortable, which was perfect. Monica grabbed a belt, straddled Nick, and looped it around his neck. He claimed that heâd had enough. He said he wanted her to let him go. Nick said that he wasnât into the weird stuff. Monica smiled at him. Heâd strapped a belt around her neck, and he would most certainly find out what that felt like.
Monica pulled off the small tank top that she wore and balled it up in her hand. The simple act of removing her shirt put an end to his protests. Yet Monica had plans for the article of clothing. She jammed the shirt into his mouth and wrenched the belt as tight as she could around his neck. She secured the belt and rose from Nickâs lap. A few steps back, she stopped and watched. His eyes bulged and his body convulsed as he struggled for breath. He began screaming through his gag. Monica cranked up some music to drown out his shouting and took a seat on the edge of the bed. Nick continued to scream.
The noise was going to be an issue. Monica quickly rose and fired an elbow strike into his nose as hard as she could. His head snapped back, and blood spewed from his nostrils. The single strike sent his nose sideways, broken. He didnât stop shouting. Monica struck him again and again, twice more in his already broken nose and another into his mouth, busting open his lips.
