Galileo frowned at me, but continued, “I would also like to request a meeting with you in which you show Sir Lemmly and myself the route you took to exit the palace grounds so we may increase security in the weak spots you have found.”

I accepted his request, and he left the room, taking many of the knights with him. With their departure, more and more people began to trickle out of the room. I stayed behind with Kentin, Thomas, and Abel as we finished the cake and tea that had been brought earlier. “You knew I wasn’t working,” I said to Abel when the room was quiet once more.
