1 SUGAR LUMP

3 SPRIGS FRESH MINT, PLUS EXTRA TO GARNISH

¾ OUNCE JACK DANIELS WHISKEY

CHILLED CHAMPAGNE

1. In a small glass, crush the sugar and mint together with a little of the whiskey.

2. When the sugar has dissolved, strain it into a chilled glass with the rest of the whiskey, and top off with champagne.

3. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.

CARIBBEAN CHAMPAGNE

½ OUNCE CRÈME DE BANANE
