Beef and Avocado Burger

Prep five min/cook fifteen min/serves one

Ingredients:

Avocado, one-quarter medium sliced thin

Mustard, yellow or whole grain, one teaspoon

Ground beef, very lean, six ounces

Salt, one quarter teaspoon

Avocado, one-quarter medium sliced thin

Pepper, one half teaspoon

Avocado, one-quarter medium sliced thin

Method: Use the salt, pepper, and oregano to season the beef and then shape it into a patty. Fry the burger patty for five minutes on each side or until done to your preference. Spoon the mustard on top and then add the slices of avocado.
