“Gather all of the captains,” Atlas ordered. “We’ll form a report to go to the nobles.” He shook his head. “Fuck. We’re still mourning our fallen… This timing is terrible. For them to show up all over the damn place.”

The Bright Ones were a subspecies of deities from a deep-space universe, or what some called unexplored space. But that was untrue. There was simply no documentation of exploration, at least outside of the library of the Supreme Deity Realm.

Atlas remembered that the only way to kill any of the sons of bitches was to pepper them with void magic.

“This is going to be a pain in the ass,” Atlas said tiredly.

“I agree, Lord Atlas,” Captain Tred said.
