My life here was going so well and then stupidly, or amazingly, depending on how you look at it, I let go last night. Now itâs all falling apart, why-o-why did I sleep with Mike Mustange?
Iâll tell you why, heâs a baldheaded, six-foot demigod, with a heart of gold. I was thinking with my vagina, rather than my head, thatâs why, stupid vagina. But it canât go any further, what if Uncle Kelvin finds me? I canât have him being collateral damage, I just canât.
Itâs moments like this that I really wish Jace was still here. Heâd know exactly what to say and do. Heâd tell me to pull my head out of my ass and go for it with Mike, because Mike is a good guy, and I deserve to be happy too.
What if Uncle Kelvin finds me?
What if Mikeâs in an accident?
I canât lose another person that I love, yes love. I am in love with Mike Mustange after one amazing night.
I just canât risk it!
While Iâm sitting here contemplating what Iâm going to do, thereâs a knock at the door. I freeze. What if itâs Mike, back to confront me after this morning? When I hear them yell, âHello, anyone home? I have a delivery for a Ms. Savannah Blac.â
Sighing in relief, I get up and shout, âComing,â as I head to the door. Swinging the door open, thereâs a young delivery dude with a huuuuuuge bunch of lilies and ginormous box with a silver bow.
âHi, are you Savannah?â
âYep, thatâs me. Whoâs it from?â I ask excitedly. Iâve never received anything like this before.
âNo idea, sorry. Iâm just the delivery guy, where do you want me to put these and this?â
âUmm, on the table will be great.â
He shuffles past me and puts the flowers and package on the table. Turning, he asks me to sign the clipboard that was sitting on top of the box. I sign and he leaves, closing the door behind him.
When I realise the flowers are lilies, I smile; lilies were Mumâs favourite and they smell heavenly. Opening the box, I see that there is a six-pack of Schofferhoffer and a tub of Skittles. Standing there staring at the box, a strange feeling washes over me when I realise thereâs no card, which I find odd. Why would I receive an anonymous package that has Mum, Dad, and Jaceâs fav things in it? That strange feeling intensifies as I put the flowers in some water.
I donât need this right now; my life is confusing enough. I decide to have a bath, maybe it will relax me, and I will see things more clearly. The candles are lit, the wine is chilling, and the water is the perfect temperature. My iPod is charged and currently Everclear is singing about a heroin girl, and the bath bubbles are bubbly and smell divine. I submerge myself and try to relax, but I canât.
I canât stop thinking about Mike Mustange.
Every time I close my eyes, my mind drifts back and I see his head between my legs.
