Directions
1. Over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan; heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil until hot. Once done, add in the popcorn kernels; cover & let them pop until popping stops, shaking every now and then.
2. Pour the popped popcorn into a large-sized mixing bowl & set aside.
3. Whisk 1 tablespoon of coconut oil with cinnamon and maple syrup until mixed well. Pour this mixture on top of the popcorn; mix the ingredients well.
4. Sprinkle some pinches of salt, continue to mix. Serve immediately & enjoy.
