This long tour explores a remote part of the Puez Odle group, ascending the beautiful Val D’Antersas between the dramatic rock walls of Ciampani and Somplunt and culminating in the spectacular summit of Crep dales Dodesc, which offers dramatic views in every direction. The descent offers the option of skiing back down your uphill tracks (often with excellent snow), or an alternative option is to descend the impressive north couloir of Antersas, which requires good ski mountaineering experience. The final uphill stage of the route takes a series of south facing slopes which require a stable snowpack, suitable weather conditions and correct temperatures for a safe ascent.
