Simple ColadaSERVES 2

Simple Colada is a refreshing blend—without the hangover! Kiwifruit is the most nutrient-dense fruit, with plenty of vitamin C, which helps prevent wrinkles and promotes skin rejuvenation.

2 cups spinach

2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

2 cups chopped pineapple *

2 kiwifruit, halved *

1. Blend the spinach and coconut milk until smooth.

2. Add the pineapple and kiwifruit and blend again.

TIP: Want a lighter smoothie? Go for coconut water instead of coconut milk and still get the great tropical flavor!
