Puzzle Parts
The rule that decides what numbers go in which part is that numbers drawn with straight lines go into Part One. Numbers that contain curved lines go into Part Two. Thus 10 goes into Part Two, 11 into Part One, and 12 into Part Two. Since 88 consists of curved lines, it goes into Part Two. This is really a problem in pattern recognition, and is not obvious until it is pointed out.
