What the houses say

This is a simple style of casting that you can do with two small dice. It is, again, a general reading for a period ahead. The dice will indicate which areas of your life are most likely to be affected, according to where they land in the ring made up by your hands. The joints and joint spaces of your index fingers and thumbs will indicate the twelve astrological houses that are used in casting horoscopes.

Look at Figure 38 to get the idea. You cup the dice fully in your two hands and toss them about three times, then open the hands and gently toss the dice upwards, immediately bringing your hands down on the table; forming a ring with your index fingers and thumbs. Whichever of the two ‘houses’ that the dice land nearest to will indicate the areas of your life that are going to be of most relevance. The values of the dice will indicate what is liable to occur within those houses.

If both dice land outside your hands then try it once again. If they both land outside, then you are not being permitted to know this reading. If one lands outside on the second occasion, then it implies that there will be difficulty in whichever house that the die inside your circle is affected. The value on the die is irrelevant.
