Hello everybody,

Still strong winds and greenhouse nearly gone, but we’re on track. Photos are coming back from the neighbour parallel universe.

Engineering Report to Mission Control on the state of the greenhouse, 17 April 2002.

This morning, we have inspected the greenhouse with Hab Chief Engineer Jan Osburg after the strong winds we had these last two days. Actually, this morning the wind was still blowing quite strongly.

We have made the following observations and tried to repair as much as possible.(1)The structure still seems OK. We tighten the cargo straps around the cylindrical surface and the six ropes holding the base to the ground. We put duct tape on the hooks holding the cargo straps to avoid them coming loose under the wind.
