The sawfish swims under The Shark.

Then it saws a hole in the bottom of it.

The water pours into the ship.

“What is going on?” yells Captain Gun.

“Our mighty ship has sprung a leak.

We have to abandon ship right away.”

The Shark sinks to the bottom of the sea.

The pirates abandon it in the nick of time.

They row away in a small boat.

There is an island close by.

They row over to it.

Now they have to stay on the island.

The Seagull is no longer in danger.

The happy sailors sail on.

One of them spots Nerine.

“Look, a mermaid!” he says.

“People say they know magic.

I bet she saved us with her magic.”
