Part I

Preparation of PFF from blood.

In a dry take a look at tube take eight.five ml distilled water, 0.five ml blood, 0.five ml 10% Na-tungstate and 0.five ml 2/3NH

2SO4 (Dilution of blood ≡ 1in 20). Mix, hold for 10 mins, clear out out in a dry take a look at tube to reap a clean answer of PFF.

Part II

Use PFF for blood glucose estimation. Label 3 take a look at tubes as T (take a look at), B (clean) and S (widespread).

14% sodium carbonate 1 ml 1 ml 1 ml

Phosphotungstic acid reagent 1 ml 1 ml 1 ml
