Kennedy searched the faces of the dancers swarming the camp with no sign of Brooke. How the heck was she going to find her in this unruly mob? It was worse than a Where’s Waldo puzzle, and she’d always hated those.

She’d have to do this the hard way, and she hoped it would be quick. According to the moon’s position in the sky, she’d been with Dionys for about two hours, and she didn’t have a second more to waste.

Sucking up her frustration and postcoital guilt, she shoved through the dancers, searching in every direction for Brooke. After a good fifteen minutes and several passes through the grounds, she was quite certain that Brooke wasn’t here. The other Founts had been easy to spot. Monique and Maria were crowd surfing and laughing giddily, and Collin was flexing and posing in front of a group of gushing fan girls. Blech! She was sure that Brooke would’ve been just as easy to see if she were indeed present.
