13. The Lion King Coronation Salad

The royal salad for all crowned kings of Pride Lands.

The Royal Salad we can say because it's a salad like no other!!!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: NIL

Servings: 8 Servings

Ingredients

6 medium-sized tomatoes (sliced)

2 medium-sized onions (sliced)

4 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons pepper

3 small-sized avocados (sliced)

1 can sweet corn

2 medium-sized cucumbers (sliced)

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 handfuls coriander (chopped)

Directions

1. Put the ingredients in a bowl (minus pepper, salt, and lemon). Mix well

2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Serve.
