Our greatest message to you in this session is that nonattachment is not something unattainable 'out here' (in front of you). It actually lives within you and is available to you. Yes, indeed, that's a new concept is it not?

Nonattachment is available to you even if it is through the briefest connection of drawing a deep breath and of letting go of your expectations and fears for that moment.

But, as we have said, spiritualize that moment, rather than just seeing it as a letting go of tension.

See it as extending yourself as a free entity from your present consciousness into an upliftment of your vibrational level, so that the total consciousness becomes changed just for that moment. Then you create that in the next moment, and the next, and your reality automatically changes... for it must.
