Green and yellow
Verdancy of foliage makes green the dominant colour in many landscapes. I prefer to mix my greens from blues and yellows as it makes it easy to alter the temperature bias and limits the number of pigments in the painting. However, there are many ready-made greens that can be used, especially if you need a large amount of green in a hurry.
Yellow is a lovely colour in the landscape, prevalent when grain is ripe or grass is dry, setting up an exciting contrast of hue and tone between sky and land. It is also often seen in the sky just above the horizon when there is dust in the air and especially as the sun is setting.
