Chicken casserole with green beans

ingredients

80 g cream cheese, at room temperature

120 g sour cream

6 slices of bacon , crumbled

½ tbsp basic spice mixture

250 grams of shredded boiled chicken

350 g fresh green beans

50 g grated cheddar cheese

50 g ground or finely chopped pork rind

preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Have a baking pan (28 x 18 cm) ready.

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, and homemade seasoning mixture in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chicken and stir in.

In a microwaveable bowl with 60 ml water, heat the green beans in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until they soften. Add the green beans to the chicken mixture and pour them together in the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar and pork rind.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese has melted and turned golden brown. Serve immediately.
