4 Mozzarella String Cheese Pieces

8 Bacon Strips

Sunflower Oil as Needed

Directions:

Start by putting two inches of oil into a skillet, heating it over medium heat.

Heat to 350 degrees and halve each string cheese pieces to make eight pieces.

Wrap each piece with a strip of bacon, using a toothpick to secure.

Cook each one for two minutes until your bacon has browned.

Allow to cool before serving.
