â Mango (.25 cup)

Preparation Steps:
Warm up the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
Dice the chicken, mango, and onion.
Fry the chicken in the oil until browned. Toss in the mango and onion. Cook for another three minutes.
Stir in the yogurt. Dust with the salt and pepper.
Add to a baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve when ready.
