Serving Size: 1 sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices turkey breast

1 slice provolone cheese

2 large iceberg lettuce leaves

1 tomato (sliced)

1 cucumber (sliced)

½ avocado (sliced)

1 teaspoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Directions:

Place your lettuce leaves flat on a plate. Then, layer a slice of your turkey, then provolone, and another slice of turkey. Next, add 3 tomato slices, 5 cucumber slices, and your avocado slices. Top with mayonnaise and mustard.

Begin to wrap the lettuce like you would a burrito. Fold in the ends so you have a square/rectangular shape, the start at one of the unfolded ends and begin to roll everything together. Secure with a toothpick or pick up and enjoy!
