. . . cursed is the one who will damage/deface/wipe out

and will act with vengeance against her/raise her up/reckon. . . .

Blessed is YHWH

Blessed among the nation[s] . . . he will reign. . . .

Blessed is ʾDNY

cursed

or

. . . cursed is Ashur. May he obliterate him

and act with vengeance against him . . .

Blessed is YHWH

Blessed among the nation[s] . . . May he reign
