Focus. As we’ve seen, introverts have excellent focus and concentration and are less likely to be distracted from their task than extroverts. They’re detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, dedicated and persevering. You could sum up the situation like this: If you want something done quickly, ask an extrovert. If you want something done properly, ask an introvert.
Decision-making. Introverts have great listening skills and process information in a different way to extroverts. They are more likely to see the bigger picture by asking questions and paying attention to the answers without interrupting or getting sidetracked. They can think deeply without much of an effort and have a more “joined-up” approach which extroverts would struggle to achieve; they weigh up all the information before making a decision, so their choices are usually wise and accurate.
