Danger: Filling up on side dishes

If you just skip the meat and load up on potatoes, rice, bread, and salad, you won’t be getting the nutrients you need. This could result in low energy and poor growth.

Smart Move: Think variety.

Reorganize your eating to include plenty of legumes, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and milk or milk alternates every day.
