Vanilla Macadamia Nut Fudge

Ingredients:

24 ounces white chocolate

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate, milk, and butter. Microwave on high, stopping every 30 seconds to stir, until chocolate and butter are melted and combined. Add vanilla and nuts.

Pour into a parchment-lined, 8 x 8-inch pan. Chill until set. Cut into one-inch pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 32. Enjoy!
