EGGNOG FUDGE

2 cups granulated sugar

½ cup butter

¾ cup eggnog

11 ounces white chocolate chips

½ teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup (8 ounces) marshmallow creme

1 teaspoon rum

Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with foil and butter it. In a medium-heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, and eggnog. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it reaches soft-ball stage (around 15 minutes). Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in nutmeg, marshmallow creme, and rum. Beat until blended. Pour into prepared pan and chill until set. Cut into 1-inch pieces and enjoy!
