8. Summer time revelations

'Ello everyone, fancy some tea and crumpets. All joking aside, how've you all been? Hope you've been well. I'm like so in love with this story simply because when dealing with magic, there's no limit to what you can't do. It's all based on your imagination. That, and it's so easy to plan your story out when the book/movie series is already over.

Unfortunately, I have hit a snag. I originally was going to put Harry with Luna Lovegood. Problem is I kind of want him to be with Padma Patil now. So since I can't decide, I'll put a poll up on my profile on which witch I should pair Harry with... The smart chocolate-brown beauty that is Padma Patil, or the adorable quirky blond that is Luna Lovegood. The poll will close at the end of second year.

BTW, Bloodyhound17 asked which book Furious and Hermione would confess their feelings for each other. It will be sometime near the end of Prisoner of Azkaban.

Anyway, enjoy the story.

It had been a long ride on the Hogwarts express, but it finally pulled into the King's Cross Station. There were some parents already on platform 9 3/4, while some that were waiting on older students were waiting on the other side of the gate. We find our favorite Gryffindor cubs just exiting the train along with the rest of the train's occupants. Ron quickly grabbed his things, muttered a goodbye to the others and quickly left with the rest of his family. He was still a bit finicky around Furious after the tongue lashing/beating he got under the school. During the entire ride back he had been giving Furious nervous looks as if any minute he was going to attack him.

"I think he might be afraid of you now." Harry said to Furious.

"It's his own fault. Had he not been acting like an idiot, it never would have happened." Hermione said in a matter of fact tone.

"Let him be. Hopefully he'll get over it over the summer. And if not, that's his problem." Furious said, not at all bothered by Ron's apparent 'fear' of him.

The three friends gathered their belongings and loaded Harry and Hermione's things on two carts. Furious shrank all of his belongings so they fit in his trunk then shrunk that so it fit in his pocket before he left school, all he had to carry was Momo on his shoulder. Not seeing their parents right away, the three friends decided to check on the muggles side of the platform. Walking through the magical gate was just as disorienting as they remembered it was on day one.
