Cocktail waitresses in tiny togas greeted guests by saying, âWelcome to Caesars Palace, I am your slave.â In the Bacchanal Room, guests were fed grapes by those same toga-clad waitresses who performed neck massages on male diners as they drank from silver-lined chalices.
