Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add the chicken and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the bell pepper, oregano, rosemary, and garlic powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the canola oil, tomatoes, water, and rice. Bring to a low boil over high heat, then decrease the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, or until the rice is very tender. Stir occasionally to prevent any rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Remove from the heat and allow the stew to cool prior to mixing in any supplements.
