126 Phillip is an iconic Australian office building with stunning views across Sydney Harbour and the Royal Botanic Gardens, providing premium office space and an exceptional location. Located at the top end of Hunter Street, Norman Foster designed tower is readily accessible by car and all public transport options. Featuring a unique external services side core, the building offers column-free floor plates of 1,444sqm - some of the largest. The tower also boasts a 5-Star NABERS Energy rating.

This Iconic Sydney office tower provided Bovis Lend Lease with many distinctive challenges, not least being access of the 37 storey atrium and highly articulated facade. Partnering with the BMU manufacturer Farra a mast climbing solution was under consideration first, but the versatility of our slewing machines appealed and a comprehensive solution with multiple slewing BMU’s was arrived at.
