ROSE (Rosa x centifolia) Rose oil is all about being feminine: it is comforting and nurturing and helps to soothe sadness, rejection or loss. This oil is about beauty within and loving yourself.
CYPRESS (Cupressus sempervirens) Cypress oil will provide support and protection from all that surrounds. It will help you to listen to others and not be dragged down with them.

Persephone is the goddess of the underworld and the wife of Hades, who abducted Persephone while she was cavorting with her friends and picking flowers. During her time in the underworld Persephone fell in love with Hades and consummated the marriage, which is symbolised in mythology by the sharing of a fleshy pomegranate. Persephone remains somewhat elusive and can sometimes be seen to be overshadowed by her mother, Demeter. She is a good, loving daughter who has now tasted the fruits of sensuality and lust and is torn between loyalty to her mother, her husband and herself.
