Axlâs Appetizers
Petite Potato Wedges with Homemade Ketchup
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
12 petite red potatoes, cut into 4 wedges each
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Place each wedge on its side in the butter and bake for 30 minutes. Flip each potato to the other side and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with Homemade Ketchup.
