How lovely that Chloe made sure Charlotte had some warning of her passing, and enough to make sure she was ready to be with her friend at the end.
I’ve had some truly amazing experiences with animal communicators, none more so than with Jackie Weaver, who is well-known for working with celebrities’ pets. She once asked to come and visit me and my dog KC, to include the encounter in her first book.
It was a remarkable experience. I am of course able to communicate with KC on a day-to-day basis, but sometimes, as with all readings of a psychic nature, if you’re too close to the subject it’s hard to know exactly how much your personal knowledge impinges on what you feel when it comes to the important questions, but I was staggered with what Jackie managed to coax out of her. She had no knowledge at all of KC, so everything was clear and simple and not to be misunderstood or over-interpreted. When Jackie came along and proved conclusively that she could indeed ‘talk’ to KC, it was great confirmation of what I already knew.
Jackie was able to describe KC’s favourite walk, the exact terms of endearment I use on a daily basis and pinpoint precisely the seat of KC’s previous lameness. Now all of these things could, to the sceptic, be extremely good guesses, so when Jackie came up with the information I share below, I was very pleased and I defy anyone to doubt them.
She told us that KC felt she had extra sensitive hearing, which often made her cower away from noisy things, as they hurt her ears. She told me KC wasn’t afraid of cars themselves, but of the racket they made, which made noise at a pitch her ears could not tolerate. This was quite true. She also told me that when KC was very content or pleased she made a noise in her throat. Again, this was quite right – we often called it her doggy purr. She then asked KC if I ever did anything that had impressed her, the thought of which made me laugh. As if! And if there was anything I did she thought I was good at. KC ‘told’ her in thought that she’d been quite impressed watching me take a lot of trouble drawing some specific shapes and details on something she described as two circles that looked a bit like a piece of machinery, all the while accompanied by a quiet ‘buzzy’ noise. What Jackie did not know, could not possibly know, is that the day before I’d spent a couple of hours on the computer designing a CD cover for my good friend Madeleine Walker (Jackie does not know her, either). The design was based around a double circle, with various intricate, symmetrical shapes such as hearts, stars and moons around it and in it. It did take a lot of time and effort as it was the first time I’d attempted such a thing. KC
