Ingredients
1/4 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat).
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/3 cup Splenda.
1/2 cup chocolate powder.
2 teaspoons baking powder
Peanut butter (2 tablespoons).
Procedure
Preheat your oven up to 350 Faradays.
Take a medium sized bowl, and mix the milk, yogurt, egg and sugar.
Take a small bowl, and mix together protein powder, cocoa, flour and baking powder.
Add the dry into wet and stir thoroughly until they are well mixed.
Add grease to 8 by 8 inch pan.
Add the above mixture into the greased pan.
Bake this, making sure you donât over bake or under bake. Take 20 to 25 minutes to do this.
To frost, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then spread them on top of brownies which have been cooled.
