Directions:

In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat half of the olive oil.

Add pepper strips, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and garlic.

Cook and stir until mushrooms are lightly browned.

Add tomatoes, oregano, basil and crushed red pepper.

Cook over medium heat until juice from the tomatoes has been reduced.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat remaining olive oil.

Brown steak on each side for 1 minute and then cook to desired level of doneness.

Slice steak into thin slices and top with sauce.

Serve immediately.
