C IIOICES OF LOVE Trees

When I first contacted the soul essence of trees, the vital need for large trees on the surface of the Earth was communicated to me. The same message was repeated again and again wherever and whenever I attuned to, or "listened" to, the trees. The urgency and emphasis on this one aspect of nature made an impact on me, for this very first message from the tree angels was compelling and weighty. It felt so different from the gentle, loving help I received from all other angelic intelligence. I thought I might be psychotic or quite wrong, because at the time, in the early sixties, I had not encountered the opinion that cutting trees was endangering something and I felt very much alone. Gradually these views received confirmation from sources I trusted, the first being from the British forester Richard St. Barbe Baker, who had founded the organization Men of the Trees and had worked all his life to conserve them. My paranoia on the subject ceased, and I eased my conscience by mentioning the need for large trees on the surface of the Earth whenever I gave a public talk. Although linking with the plant aspect of nature has not been my main concern for several years, still the message of the large trees remains valid and critical.

Trees absorb and breathe out water, bind the soil, change water levels below the earth, alter the chemical elements in the air, and affect temperature, climate, and weather. On these physical levels we know how the four elements affect trees. Dynamic interchange with the soul level exists in all of life on the physical level. We see these interchanges manifested in the myriad interrelationships of nature. Tree felling is the cause of many so-called natural disasters, like floods and drought. Destroying trees, the respiratory organs of the planet, can create a greenhouse effect. We know that the rain forests harbor a vast selection of plant and animal genes, and we are beginning
