Roasted asparagus

Ingredients for 1 person:

10 g parmesan cheese

500 g green asparagus

1 pinch of salt and pepper

50 g bacon in slices

1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation:

Remove the ends of the asparagus. Then rub the asparagus with oil and season. Wrap each asparagus with a slice of bacon. Heat a pan and fry the wrapped asparagus stalks in it over medium heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese to serve.

Avocado Fruit Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

salt and pepper

1 orange

1 teaspoon honey

1 avocado

1 tbsp water

1/2 mango

Juice of half a lime

1 bunch of rocket

2 tbsp olive oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preparation:

Peel and slice the orange. Core the avocado and cut the pulp into strips. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into strips. Wash the lettuce and mix with the avocado, mango and orange. Mix the olive oil with the water, salt, pepper, honey and lime juice and pour over the salad. Mix everything together and garnish with the sesame seeds.
