Aside from providing alternative transportation improvements to the site and promoting those modes to future residents, basic residential and nonresidential projects have no further TDM obligations. Projects requesting off-street parking, however, must at the time of application submission provide a full TDM program that includes details on the following:
Site- and transportation-specific amenities;
Overview of parking facility and operation;
TDM strategies;
Monitoring and evaluation; and
Proposed TDM budgets.
