INTEGRATION PHASE: Step 4

Integration is combining and coordinating separate parts or elements into a unified whole. Now the fun begins. An upgrade is about to happen.

I explored the feeling of fear and discovered a three-year-old version of myself that needed healing, and now we are ready to come together and integrate into a united whole.

The integration phase begins once this three-year-old version agrees to leave the current time loop and trusts me to take responsibility for her. Once I cleaned up that dark room, committed never to leave her, and showed her the opposite experience to the one she was stuck in, she was ready and hopeful for what was next. She agreed to leave with me, and we walked out into the field, holding hands as she grew older and began connecting from that moment. As we walked, our hands blended, and we slowly integrated and became one.
