Every time I am in the city of Birmingham, I am looking some judge in the face. I have never been before any judge for doing anything that hurt anyone. All the times I have been before a judge was for trying to get rights for my people…. Tomorrow, when I go before Judge Grooms, I will be depending on God. If I have to go to court, God will go with me. I have been in jail and court before. I am ready to go. I have stood before judges all over the state, and I feel sorry for these judges. I am right and they are wrong. God is not with these judges. God has been talking to me and he tells me what to do…. God will take over the courts and run them. God is with us in the Federal courts. … We lose all our cases in the lower courts, but when we get to the bigger courts we will win. We know we will win because God is with us.
